The kindness and the nurses.
Couldn't be nicer, the care has been wonderful.

Very helpful and responsive staff.
I would like the tea to be hotter (vacuum) and main meals be warmer. Food satisfactory.

The care from the nursed and assistants, excellent very clean.
I know its not always possible but have to wait to go to toilet sometimes.
The staff talk to me no at me makes me feel better.
