My care was very good.
But you don't get a lot of privacy when you are put in with other patients because you can hear what everyone's conversation is all about okay and the staff are all brilliant to you and they all very kind.

Everything has been taken care of me.
An improvement would be for the doctors to come and visit me more often and when I request to see one.

I have a good time with the nurses and doctors. They always make me laugh when attending to me.
When I have had a male HCA I have found them very pleasant and sensitive, as I'm used to a male carer.
I think some nurses should be given training on conditions patients suffer with. I have had a few not nice remarks which reflects my mark for question 6.

I have always found the staff at this establishment to be pleasant and helpful. Advice is always given even specifically when I have raised a query.
My appointment times have been punctual.
The cleanliness of the surroundings is evident the moment you walk through the doors.
At present I have no suggestions as to how it can be improved.

The physio assessment needs and treatment program should be put in place within 2-3 days of admission which would shorten the period of hospital liaison required.
Communication between the wards could be improved so that staff are made aware of any particular needs if a transfer to is made.
Also nurse improve of communication is made to patient.

Everything has been good, no complaints.
Everything was explained to me, its my 2nd stay and it's been a pleasure to Dantre hospital, wonderful.
