Being well looked after. All the nurses have made me well. I would come back again.
Good food.

I think all the nurses are very good caring people.
Only downside is sometimes have to wait quiet a while for the toilet.

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that some people have had to wait for call bells to be answered or to go to the toilet. We continue to stress the importance of answering call bells as quickly as possible and are going to carry out an audit of our response to calls.

The actual caring, l'm treated as a person not as a number.
Good with my medicines, always on time.
I think the communication throughout all of the N.H.S needs improving.

Everyone has been so kind, everything is good. I've been elsewhere and this is wonderful here, I've noticed the difference. The bell is answered quickly.
