It's more on a one to one base her. You feel less like a number and more as a person. Patient attention is paramount. I don't have any reason to say any improvements are needed.

Both professionals I saw today were extremely personable, friendly and treated me as an intelligent adult. I really appreciated both their openness and lack of pressure to make decisions and their support to continue to guide me and support me on my journey. I was impressed by them both.

I think the care is very good. It's clean bright & comfortable. All the staff are wonderful. It's really exceptionally good. No I couldn't think of any improvements.

Marianna has been an amazing help to me and I feel she has quite literally turned my life around. Her warmth, boundaried approach has been just what I needed. Over 20 sessions I have moved from being desperate to enjoying life. Thank you Marianna. Both Marianna and Annabel have helped me through a very difficult time.
