Attention, interest, easy availability of the staff and they are always cheerful.
I don't know of any need for improvement.
I have been in many hospitals and this one is the best.

I was made to feel comfortable. I felt relaxed whilst waiting to see my consultant, receptionist was kind/ cheerful and friendly they made me feel at ease.
