The fact that when you ring the bell, even when you know the staff were busy they come to answer it. All staff very kind and friendly.
To be improved on slightly better communication between physio and medical staff.
It's wonderful to be here after other hospitals I have been in.

Very good, couldn't have it any better. Staff are pleasant nothing is too much trouble and kind. Staff do everything they can to help me. No, nothing to complain about. Feel like I'm in a hotel and 1st class meals.

Food been very good. Most of the staff are very kind and helpful.
Th television reception could be better.
I find tea time early for me.

I have been an impatient for 7 months following a life changing stroke.
My care from everybody has been very professional, kind and all staff have become part of my family.
I will miss you all, your support and encouragement has been excellent.
I cannot thank you enough, you are all so wonderful words.

Very caring staff and attentive care.
Wonder if we could have started the process of blood transfusion a bit earlier in the day I would not have had to stay overnight and could have gone home on the same day.
Overall though very happy.
