There is always someone there to help me when needed. They are always on time and popping in to see if I need anything. I don't feel left on my own.

The staff are all very kind and as helpful as they can be.
The timing of appointments could be better organised.
1st appointment we waited 15 mins over our allotted time.
2nd appointment had to be altered because it was too early in the morning for us to get there (we have a 3 hr car journey).
3rd appointment we were kept waiting for 40 mins over out appt time.

Nurses have been very good.
Everyone is so friendly, helpful.
The T.V. reception could be better.
It's the only company I have between visitors.
