The friendliness and concern of the staff, they have made me laugh which helps, it's like home from home, well better as I have been waited on. I can't think of any improvements all the staff are so good.

As soon as I arrived I was made welcome by all the staff and I have been told what care plan is in place for me before and after my op.
Staff have also taken time to think about my family which helps me.
