I felt the staff talked to me in a way that I understood without making things too complicated, but didn't appear condensing. I have the early stages of dementia. I felt happy when I left my appointment.

The staff. Can't fault them, will do anything for me to aid my comfort. They are all marvelous.

There's so many things, the staff are so thoughtful, even when I was at my worst.
They were there for me. A very good physio team here, the best I've had.
