The staff, everything, everybody. What I've needed someone has been there straight away to help. I was here last year as well for a couple of weeks and its the same excellent quality now as it was then. So no can't see any need for improvement.

It was all great. It would be better if the clinics were in Daventry as the operation was performed there.

All the staff especially Mr Riley explained the procedure before hand so well. Then repeated it on the day of the operation. I felt very confident to leave my foot into his care. Thank you very much.

The care has been excellent. Every stage has been explained carefully and all questions answered honestly. All staff at Northampton and Daventry have been very friendly and make you feel very much at ease.
