Given the choice to have group or 1-1.
Talking to social workers which helps a lot.
Help me get to appointments and introduced me to new things groups.
Whilst the staff are extremely caring, respectful and understanding, there appears to be little tangible help they can offer, except to provide details of other, mostly charitable, support services. It seems that the NHS is increasingly limited in the practical support it can provide to the aged and infirm. Financial constraints, I know, and that is an argument for a different forum to this !
The nurses can't do enough for me. The food gets repetitive on a 3 week cycle.
Everything about my care has been brilliant, I would recommend this hospital to anyone. It's one of the best hospital's I know. All the staff are lovely. So helpful and with do anything for me.
I don't think they could improve on anything.
I think it's more than perfect already.
All staff friendly. Appointments not kept on time. 3 months delay in receiving insoles but staff very good when seen.
