The staff, regardles of their roles, have all , extraordinarily, professional and caring. It is very hard to fault the service and, in particular, the ability to know when is at important as treatment exceptional- thank you.
Suggested improvements
WiFi the provision of a full WiFi service is essential and the failure to provide it for in-patients is incomprehenvise given the nature of the all nurses and the dependency on communication given, in particular covid restrictions. WiFi is available on the NHS at most locations- why not here?

Because the attendance of personal was very good but there was son explanation for your systems before hand.
Suggested improvements
As above prior explanation for what you did and more effort to make sure furniture i.e chains, were not uncomfortable.
