Reassurance - we are not alone.
Practicalities - help with allowances etc. What is available?
Comradeship - good support - fun even.
Improvements
The various dementia organisations would do well to organise themselves and then publishes who can do what.

Modified to suit me medically but also personally. I want to get balk to an active lifestyle post TKR and phoebe has helped me achieve that.
Can't recommend Daventry highly enough, and free parking and good coffee seal the deal.

2. Suggestions for increasing health during winter months.

Family like the fact they have had 1-1 support in family name.
When rang with a problem everyone helpful and dealt with the problem 1-1 excellent from Helen more resources for staff.

Senior physiotherapist Claire Poat treated me, she took her time to understand and listen, is extremely caring and professional and treated me in a way that worked perfectly, I feel great and that's down to her skill.
NHS is lucky to have her.
