As a diabetic I was very concerned when my husband noticed something on the bottom of my foot. G.P. referred me to Danetre podiatry team, and said it could be a week or so,, fair enough I thought. However I had a phone call that afternoon asking me to come to the clinic. Brilliant service, I had ultra sound on my feet, all good news, really put my mind at rest. Injury was a splinter that hadn't penetrated the skin, dealt with speedily and efficiently. Gave me reassuring advice about Diabetic footcare and a leaflet. Given an appointment one week later to check all was well, then signed off, but was reassured I could ring them directly anytime I was concerned about my feet. Everyone very kind, reassuring and efficient. could not have asked for better service from Gillian and team.
