The friendly and professional staff. Full and clear explanations and a good listening ear. Negative, my experience of having the plaster cast removed and x rays taken to check progress. I had been on crutches and non weight bearing for 8 weeks. The cast was removed and I had to make my own way to x ray on crutches ( a long walk considering the situation). Radiography staff were completely unsympathetic even when I told them very clearly what the issue was.
