Thank you for your feedback. We are very aware that waiting times for appointments are much longer than we would wish. This is because demand for Gender Services has remained in very high demand over the last five years. Whilst we continue to make efforts to recruit more specialist staff, demand continues to outpace our capacity. We are very grateful for your patience.
