I was seen by Gill. a member of the Podiatry Team who was very friendly and remembered me from a previous visit some time ago. I explained why my diabetic nurse had referred me and Gill listened and asked some relevant questions, she then proceeded to explain what was happening to my foot, the causes and what I should do to help myself. After some treatment (which did not hurt !), and answering my questions, a further appointment was made and I left feeling content in mind, foot and body ! I do not feel I can make any suggestions on how to improve care given because everything was done in a thoroughly professional, caring and friendly manner and could not be bettered !
