Chetna rang when she said she would, and was pleasant giving me time to tell her about myself and the problems I am suffering from. She listened carefully and clarified what I had said, repeating information back to me. She carefully went through some exercises with me - which when I was told I was having a phone appointment I had struggled to understand - but it was perfectly acceptable. Chetna was caring and professional and I look forward to meeting her in person.
