Lots of attentive staff.
Communication/ sharing of information between medical staff & patients/ family could be improved

We are extremely sorry you have felt this way. The doctors are easily accessed through the ward and family members are able to make an appointment with the doctors through the nursing or ward team. Also we recommend a nominated family member who is able to communicate with the other family members or a joint family meeting with the next of kin present together to eliminate poor communication.
