After being reffered by my GP in April I quered with the unit what was happening after two months. I was in considerable pain and was told that I would not be considered for many months yet. I have subsequently had 2 telephone and one physical consultation on which were good.

Suggested improvements
Provide a far more compassionate way of dealing with patients pre consultation.
