I had a very positive experience and received lots of encouragement. All staff were very supportive and willing to do whatever was needed. Often checked me to see if anything I needed. Thank you.

Handover- perhaps a bit more detail about a patients extra needs. Sight/ hard of hearing. Maybe for those who don't communicate so well and note of what they like to eat or drink.
