Caring staff, always happy to help despite being very busy! The room helps, Hugely by being specious well appointed whatever the need of the patient and with a large window. (Saving out makes one feel less trapped into a room!). The physio facilities are really good too! Also the staff have a great quality- a good sense of humour!! As for improvement, none needed1
