The physiotherapist yesterday (11.2.20) seemed to understand the problems I was having with my knee and gave good recommendations. The student physio was very helpful. More information about the benefits of each exercise and their expected outcome would be quite encouraging to the participants. Given recommendations to continue with the exercises and information on gyms etc, together with pictoral information sheets for continuing at home.
