The care and attention of the lymphoedema nurse (s) were second to none. My regular nurse Helen explained everything which helped me to feel safe and optimistic about my ability to cope with lymphoedema. I will always be grateful for her consideration and care.
It gave me more information about my condition and what I could do.
We had help in obtaining medication, when it was wrongly prescribed by our surgery, often going beyond what I expected. The staff noted the charges, when it became appoint to them that my husband was entering the final stages. They were always kind and considerate. Thank you is never enough.
Our CNS was able to read the family and my sisters situation very well. She was supportive, gentle and able to always give advice. The communication between her, the DN's and GP was excellent and made it so much easier to care for my sister how we wanted to, without any additional stress. We would not be able to improve on the support and care we received.

As you know my husband passed away on November 21st but as can see I was very pleased with the way my husband was treated in every way by your staff so thank your very much indeed.
Everything was explained to me and made easy to understand.
I have been looked after by the staff of Cynthia Spencer hospice for the last few weeks now, and the whole team has been exemplary. But I particularly want to credit three new members of the healthcare assistant team that I think are extraordinary. Sue, Cheryle and Stacey only started working here a few weeks before Christmas but have already made an enormous contribution to the excellent team here. They each bring experience from different fields of the care sector, but are mostly brilliant because they know how to build empathetic warm and fun relationships with their patients. I have to congratulate the people who are recruiting staff of such calibre - each of these new staff are particularly talented at their role Providing care to people in difficult situations, but each of them are also terrific at perceiving the needs of the individual. As the youngest member of the new group, Stacey has exceptional relationship building skills and is always a pleasure to be around. Her judgement of the right thing to say at the right time is uncanny. Something is going right at this establishment if they are able to recruit candidates of this calibre. I am so grateful.
Provided help when it was needed.
Very kind and friendly.
Making sure we had everything we needed at this present time.
Felt very comfortable talking to her (Cheryl).
Great service. I would like to thank the Lymphoedema team (Well-Being) for their care.
I would like to thank especially Helen Keith. I worked for a long time in the NHS, a few years ago I had a bilateral breast cancer operation and lymph nodes taken from both sides which resulted in a mild form of Lymphoedema. The care I got on both occasions has been superb. I cannot think of one thing that could improve the care I got.
