I believe we had a full comprehensive care program and if it was possible to recommend any further treatment it would be difficulty.
I recommendation I would make is to lengthen the programme to 8 weeks.
Very well taken care of and all issues addressed immediately. Felt very looked after breathing class was very helpful and would have enjoyed more.
Clear and concise information given.
Caring and understanding attitude.
Time and patience given practical support.
Always available or willing back promptly.
Everyone who was involved with caring for my husband were amazing.
They treated him and myself with empathy and respect. I was able to ask questions and sit and chat to who came and my mind was put at ease. Diane was one at the main members of your team that came to look after the patient and she was amazing with him, while he was still conscience he would have a laugh with her, when the patient started deteriorating Diana treated him with dignity and followed his wishes. Julie was with me in the patient's last few hours and she was a tower of strength I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us.
Friendly and approachable.
Gave information and how to contact team.
Such a great caring service. Helen is always so efficient and positive. I feel the best is always done for me.
To improve the service, more income from the government should be invested to help such dedicated staff. Also a service in Kettering is so needed. Driving to Northampton is a downfall, I think there must be patients that find this journey difficult or impossible. A Kettering clinic is surely a necessity.
Our experience of care was very positive. All professionals involved ensured we were informed of different treatment options and they all spoke to each other to ensure any changes were made smoothly without any stress.
Their approach was always calm, professional and caring.
The team ensured that my sister was pain free and comfortable until she died (at home) which was of great comfort to us. Well done to all!!
