I wish hospice at home was implemented before my husband become too ill.
The care and advice was exceptional, I do not know what I would have done without the knowledge and expertise of the nurses. Especially Helu Taylor.
I thank you all sincerely for the service given to my husband.

My wife had cancer for 5 years but her past 6 months she was very poorly, she was taken to Cynthia Spencer hospice, but she insisted she wanted to go home.
She spent her past day with good care. She died on 10.1.20

Friendly approach, continued care, carrying out promises, maintaining standards, cleanliness. Attitude of nursing staff, very respectful in regards to personal care.
Communication between professional staff is excellent. Always thoughtful towards ongoing care.
The staff are always willing to listen, and always consider my feelings.

I have been well looked after nothing was seemed to get in way of things other than what was best for my needs. The staff take in the need what is the best for you they go out of their way to ensure that your needs are first and foremost.
The doctors explain what you need to get you back on your feet and only you matter.
I would be pleased to come back at any time to get the attention that I have had all of the staff.
