No improvements necessary! Faultless throughout all staff very professional, identifying any problems with patients well being and finding solutions. All staff very welcoming to patients family. "Homely" and kind atmosphere, at home and Danetre.

Cheryl, the OT- demonstrated amazing levels of care, compassion and professional organisation- to reassure, support and provide needed equipment to the patient. in everything we had the sense that Cheryl genuinely cared and was going the extra mile. Highly appreciated in our hour of need.

As a family we have nothing but the highest praise for the care my husband received from the district nurses who came to the house and the nursing staff in Danetre hospice; we feel very lucky to have secured a bed there for his last five days.
The main gap in provision was the lack of any support overnight, as every night was disturbed several times, leading to exhaustion for those caring for him, was then had to cope with daytime care as well.

My mum could be a difficult patient but all of those involved in her care were kind, gentle and they adapted to her needs.
In our opinion nothing needs to be changed to improve the care provided.

From a medical point of view everything was excellent. What takes the care above and beyond that is the staff themselves. They do not just perform the tasks because it is a "job".
It is all comes with a deep caring for the patients, even speckled birth a bit of love. They make you feel like you are part of an extended family, and I think they all secretly have angel wings tucked away!
I cannot speak more highly of them or thank them enough.

The staff that came into care for my husband were all very nice and gave great care.
