In terms of care and attention this is excellent.
Empathic, warm, professional staff whose only aim is to care, make pain free and comfortable. Cannot be faulted.
The major downside is the food. This is awful and, incredible. Frozen dinners not taste and cold mostly good nutrition is key here and the food does not supply that. Such a shame.

Professional yet friendly staff, holistic care delivered with empathy and with regard to patients overall needs. I have felt safe and cared for, and listened to.
Suggested improvements
Food unfortunately has been poor, tasteless and very routine. Lack of fresh ingredients and choice. Not conducive to feeling betters recovering well.

Everyone is attentive, supportive quick to respond to requests. Treat everyone as individuals. Been made to feel very safe and confident. Nothing is too much.
