Excellent service, delivered with sensitivity and made to feel like you matter. Not rushed or made to feel like you on a conveyor belt, like other services. Always see same person who remembers you and your situation. A lot of other nhs services could learn a lot from the lymphodemia team.

All the staff who I have met have been extremely professional. They have provided information and advice which has been very helpful. We have also had lots of fun at our sessions which has been uplifting. I look forward to our weekly/fortnightly sessions.

Had excellent care and attention from Helen. The department had excellent procedures for my care in light of the present Coronavirus outbreak. I have been under Helen’s care for some time now and she has been an excellent professional in all areas. Thanks for all your hard work and can I thank the whole department whose care and organisation has always been at the highest level.

She has gone the extra mile in my treatment!

Respect for the individual was shown during each and every one of my consultations. As my faith and culture was never discussed I cannot comment on this question
