The staff are always friendly. They recognise the importance of ongoing support and always try to include everyone. The only request I have is, if possible, to have a weekly online session of something during the pandemic. Apart from zoom with my family, my friends at Wellbeing are the only social contact I have.

I felt that everyone was working together to provide the care - there were no 'exceptions' to the working fo the plan.
Suggested improvements
The only problem I had was with the food and I was finding difficulty with the task of things possibly caused by medication, and it was not familiar food.
