Very kind and attentive group with obvious experience in care and wellbeing as a whole
Very informative and suggestive with open minds to where the meetings are both led and driven , by hosts and attendees
It is good to have a regular weekly session and to get know new, people then develop a relationship in which to share everyday chitchat as well as supporting each other . The relaxation is a welcome opportunity to slow down mentally and relax!
This form is difficult to complete because some questions are not all relevant and there’s no option for “not applicable “.
The ongoing online support which has replaced face to face sessions is very much appreciated but I do hope we can soon get back to normality
The care given at Cynthia Spencer is exceptional. The wellbeing/loose ladies group has been a lovely opportunity to meet other people in a welcoming and friendly environment. Debbie and Natalie have been supportive, encouraging and enthusiastic. I would not hesitate in suggesting approaching Cynthia Spencer to anyone whose condition made it appropriate.
I absolutely love the relaxation classes they have helped immensely with anxiety depression just day to day living . They really add to the quality of my life I feel like it’s a lifeline. Life would be so lonely and isolating. It’s a joy the staff are brilliant all of them especially Debbie and Natalie Lucy and Aleisha They have provided help with all different problems or been able to direct me . They are such caring loving people
We have a great laugh and learn so much from each other. . The information is so valuable that we learn for our self care.
Was very enjoyable. Helped me to de-stress
Need to co-ordinate movement & breathing.
Causes for the first time in a long time I have felt like a human being all your staff are like angels.
I found the nurses were very kind and helpful my husband died - November.
Everyone treated me kindly and went out of their way to support me.
Always considerate and helpful support from the whole team
The staff at Cransley hospice were so kind and whenever I phoned for an update they were marvelous nothing was too much trouble.
I would like to apologise for any distress caused, this was not our intention. Hospice at Home due to the very nature of its service does not like to ask for feedback from relatives when patients are imminently dying. We attempt to find a balance between asking for feedback and the appropriate timing of that feedback. We acknowledge that on this occasion the timing was insensitive.
I am really sorry we have caused upset which was not our intention. I have passed your comment to the service manager so that he can review when they send out forms. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager.
