As far as I can recall we only received one visit because my husband passed away very shortly after we were certainly treated with great kindness and respect.
I don't know hoe you could improve it as everyone I have met was very kind and professional to me and my family. My family were also kept as informed as I was and would answer all our questions and if the couldn't answer all our questions and if the couldn't answer than they would always find someone who could answer our questions.
100% recommended.
There is always someone to listen be any problem you may have, we also have a laugh and feel a lot better when we leave.
Ot gave me short breaks to visit my elderly mother (102) while my husband was bed ridden.
The environment was very welcoming. The staff were very professional but at the same time they were friendly, caring and supportive. We never felt rushed at our appointment and came away feeling we have support and someone at the end of the phone should we need help.
A nurse came on Friday to fit a syringe driver giving me a follow hours "off".
A second nurse came on Saturday to redo the syringe driver.
My wife died early next morning.
I was happy to take care of my wife's needs with the help of carers who came in 3 times a day but would say that if her condition had deteriorated slowly, I would have been very grateful for those few hours a day when I could have had a rest.
The kindness shown to me and the thoroughness of the treatment.
