Was excellent all round, don't feel the care we received could be improved upon. My husband's over riding wish was to pass away at home and with the hospice at home care he was able to do this.
The nurses were so kind and caring at a very sad time.
The care I get is very good and don't think anything could be improved.
Every aspect of care was catered for and I am very grateful for all the help my husband has received.
I cannot begin to thank the hospice@home nurses enough for the care, respect and dignity they showed to my husband during the final stages of his cancer. Whilst he was able, he was very appreciative of their attention. What was particularly of note was how they watched him and were able to identify any indication of stress or agitation and then acted on it so as far as we were all aware, his final days were as peaceful as they possibly could be. To me they were always so considerate and supportive, and I know my son's sister who were with me on and off would agree.
The standard of care we recieved was superb. Every one of the nurses were so kind, caring, and understanding of what we were going through. It was good to have someone to talk to at length about what was happening. We honestly think of anything that needed improving. Thank you so much.
Clair, is a first class nurse who is doing a great job, and has done all the time I have been in her care.
Cant improve on something that is excellent.
