We are totally impressed with your service. The final two weeks of our mother's life were quite traumatic, but your nurse were fabulous. They were reliable and caring. They seemed genuinely interested in the family and nothing was too much trouble. We feel privileged to have met you. Mom wanted to die at home, not in hospital. You made her wish come true.

This form has been completed on behalf of the patient who has unfortunately passed away. It is rather confusing to answer the questions in this way when only Q 8 is the only reference to this situation.

Here in Cynthia Spencer hospice I feel at home, totally relaxed and amongst people that really care rather than facing a task. 'If there is anything that you need' sums up this relaxing, peaceful 'holiday home'. I see no way that it could be improved.
