Everything was excellent. Nothing could be improved. The carers were wonderful albeit I didn't use the service that much. What I did use was excellent no other words!

I could not fault any of your nurses I found them all very courteous and find out not only treated my wife with dignity and respect but also helped me a great deal in ways they preferably did not realise. I have never met a more considerate group of people before.

I would like to say my wife who has since died (Feb 9th) received the best care I could have hoped for. I have nothing but praise and thanks along with deep gratitude for the help we received during those difficult days. I do not see what else you could have done, you were excellent. It was hard to find care where do you look when you do not know. 3 visits to hospital sent home (in a week) each time. After I got cross did someone take up my question my wife is dying. Care came with why did you not call us earlier. After that fine. (My wife died less than a week later).

My husband was the patient unfortunately we only had less than a week of your hospice at home care. However I was a very grateful for the support I got being able to sleep without worrying was a great benefit on the morning my husband die, I didn't think he was well, phoned the nurse and within 20 mins she was with me and he died just after she arrived. A great comfort for me.

The care received was for my mother. She passed away in January. We were both very happy with the care she received. They were very helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble.
