My care was excellent.
Only down side was finding a parking space.
Thank you for your feedback. We are limited by the space available and do everything we can to ensure patient and visitors parking spaces are utilised correctly
Both my mother and father have passed away. I would be obliged if you mailing list. The support they received in their final months was exceptional. Thanks all your staff for their care and kindness towards them
Very helpful and caring team. It could be improved by getting more information about the service sooner as it was helpful but we were only made aware of it the week before dad died even though he had been receiving end of life care for about two months.
Thank you for your feedback, we are working with our colleagues in the community to emphasise the importance of sharing information about services available as patients are nearing the end of their life
The kindness, thoughtfulness and dignity provided by the nurses and catering staff has been unparalleled in any other service I have experienced.
She care we received was excellent. Especially me, as carer. It meant I could sleep - go for a walk - out quietly watching TV, and relax Alan was happy with them. Those times made a long difference to me and helped me through the process and prepared me in the ending.
The small and only thing would have helped is - it would have been nice to have been given more winning of the visits so I would have planned more. But their is a small thing.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Hospice at home service, patients’ needs and priorities are assessed on a daily basis and visits are planned based on the number of patients requiring teams support and number of nurses available.
Good - Lovely caring staff. Sensitive to family and patients needs.
Hospice at home helped my mum in her final days at home. She was scared as were all of us. She came from hospital care which she found hard as due to under funded she was made to feel a burden. Finally at home with hospice at home she was valued, respected and treated with dignity she deserved!
The care provided is delivered by people who really seem to care, rather than people just doing their job.
Very caring staff and most will go that extra mile.
Lovely garden and woodlands area but not wheelchair friendly, only limited areas are fit for wheelchairs.
There is space in the woodland walk for wheelchair access. This does not wind through the whole of the woodland, as this is restricted to avoid damage to the trees as they have a protection order.
