Attentive staff who care for all your needs and show a genuine interest in how you are.
Food is very good and plenty of tea!
Lovely setting and well laid out.
Very relaxed and informal.
The staff and doctors are super efficient and caring.
Was told what treatment I was getting and why and was administered quickly.
All of my family and friends were made welcome.
All brilliant, can't fault the care given.
Everything and everybody were all fantastic. Helped with the passing away of our mother greatly.
Everything about the care that my wife received was first class.
She had terminal cancer and her treatment was most caring and respectful to my wife and the family.
I would like to thank all the people involved for making everything more acceptable.
I cannot fault the care and compassion that all the nurses afforded my wife during her last days at home. I cannot think of a way of improving the service other than creating a larger care team of nurses. A big thanks also to the District nurses who also attended my wife.
Excellent service.
Re. my late husband. The initial visit by hospice at home nurse was excellent - everything explained as to the role of the future nurse and times of visits. However, the first nurse to visit seemed a bit ill-fated-ease. I would recommend that nurses check the morphine 'driver' as soon as possible after arrival. We had forgotten (due to stressful situation) that there was an item missing that needed to be collected from pharmacy - the nurse noticed this only half an hour before she was due to leave! Meant a rush to pharmacy!
Thank you for your feedback, the team have taken on board your feedback and will be checking syringe drivers earlier in their shift
