Nothing could be improved, they have all been fantastic.
It's a great small hospice, there is not many patients to care for the doctors have more time in company/with people, the nurses are great always there when you want time I have a great stay at the hospice, there should be more hospice the they can help the hospital, with their workload
Everything was fine.
My care could not have been better - I was treated with kindness, dignity and love throughout my stay.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were wonderful.
All of my care has been fantastic. No complaints.
Everything!
All of it was first class.
Cant improve good care received.
I found it extremely helpful to have time to talk with two wonderful nurses, who were able to understand what I needed from them and to provide unhurried support and advice. Nothing was too much trouble, and their time and expertise was given freely and without pressure.
The care provided was beyond excellent, and certainly beyond my expectations. My wife died quite quickly after her condition suddenly deteriorated, so each nurse only had the opportunity to make me visit, I was sorry not to have seen more of them.
The only way in which I could imagine the support being improved would have been to have it available earlier - but I can't really see how that would be possible. My thanks to all concerned.
Thank you for your feedback. The Hospice at Home service is commissioned to support patients and their carers or relatives considered to be within the last four weeks of life. We continue to work with other services in exploring when it is appropriate for Hospice at Home to be involved.
