Excellent care.

It gave me a much needed break. I hadn't been able to leave the house for days when looking after my mother. I could leave without worry as they were able to wash her, do dressings and medication and they were not rushed at all.
My only complaint is that we were only referred when mum was near death and therefore we were only able to benefit from 2 visits.
Everything is perfect.
The care and attention given to me so far has been 100% - no complaints at all. Thank you.
My husband was treated with great care and compassion for the few weeks, he had left to live. The nurses were extremely kind and helpful, which at this time, was so comforting to me (his wife) being able to talk to someone, who understood, what I was going through. Many thanks.
The care help and kindness the staff from the hospice showed to my wife the patient and the rest of the family was out of this world, we couldn't have coped without them, they were so helpful to all of us. But especially patient in the later days of her battle for little, the only way things could have improved in my opinion was if we had those wonderful people 24-7. Please thank them all so much.
As a family member (daughter) I had to request help for support in looking after my mum in her final days. although we had carer's we were not impressed with their competencies not a reflection though on the hospice at home team, who were brilliant once we had them. We feel help should have been forthcoming sooner, a lack in communications along the line somewhere.
However a big thank you to the lovely team who attended my dear mum.
I cannot praise the ladies who come to support us highly enough.
I didn't realise I needed support until it was offered Pia, who was here on the day that my husband died, made that day so much easier for me than had I had to face it alone.
Thank you all so much.
It gave rights when I could at least try to get some sleep.
