Need more help in the night my wife was deteriorating for 2 weeks only had a sitter for the last night.

Thank you for your feedback. Hospice at Home is commissioned to provide mostly day time support. Where we have capacity, we will offer night time support but this may not be a consistent offer

During the three years I care for my wife, I was unaware of your existence. In the brief period, you became involved I was delighted with the care and attention provided. I see no need for improvement.

The opportunity to discuss comprehensively my problem and worries regarding my condition with someone who understands and has experience of how it manifests itself.
Having the chance to try out various compression sleeves to find what works best for me.
Ideally it would be better to have more frequently, regular massage but I have been grateful for the sessions I do get.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to present caseload, capacity and vacancies within team, we are aware that some patients have a long gap between treatment sessions. We are working to rectify this and have a new member of staff starting in April 2017, therefore this should see an improvement in the length of time between treatment sessions

It gave me a lot of help with my husband at home. You need more nurses to help with the more people and to stay more often with th patient.
