I visited with my brother who attends every time. All staff have made me welcome and have always been very comfortable. The surroundings are pleasant. It's very obvious my brother enjoys his day there very much.

I really enjoy coming to the day hospice. It gets me out of the house. I like the other people who come. We have a laugh and the staff and volunteers are wonderful and very helpful.
We are always sorry when someone leaves. It's good to see familiar faces. I hope it doesn't change too much.

The staff are friendly, caring and professional.
I always feel welcome and safe.
We have interesting and useful chats form Greta which have helped me enormously (about falls, fatigue, breathlessness, exercise etc).

He finds it quite homely.
