Fatigue care.
What a wonder. I have found it really interesting and useful. I'm using the technique and ideas we have learnt about at home to great effect. It's so refreshing to be understood, cared for and offered help in the area of fatigue. Gretta is so knowledgeable and shows how much she cares about everyone on the course. I can't praise her and helpers enough.
