There's absolutely nothing that could be improved. First class care by first class staff, volunteers I've been blown away by the service provided here at Cynthia Spencer. It's been everything I needed to get back on track for further treatment. My weight loss and appetite was totally put right by good food - home cooked makes such a big difference to your appetite. So a big thank you to all those that have put me back on track.

The carers were all very polite and professional and the care at all times was always professional. Your care plan doesn't need any improvement.

Good. Really quick response to the call bell. Help showing ways to get out of bed and assisting. Nice menus and tasty food. Happy hour.

The care team attended to my wife's needs at the time in the best supportive and professional manner possible. There are no improvements as I feel it was the best it could be. I send my sincere thanks to everyone who looked after my wife.

Hospice at home was a service that was suggested we made use of to support the family(as my mother carers) at a point in time that we needed more specialised support. What a fantastic service that was. My mother's dying wishes was to remain at home and because of the hospice at home we were able. That is a better case. We met with senior nursing staff that we didn't have to do a thing. It was all round organised around us. We were kept well informed. The whole experience was seamless, efficient and the duty of care was beyond anything we could have ever wished for. The whole end to end support was outstanding.

Friendliness of the person I saw she explained everything very clearly. Well have to ask for further explanations as there was a lot to take in one session.
