The staff have treated my dad with respect and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble. They are all kind and helpful and everyone who works here has a lovely attitude. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they are doing.

Staff attentive. Having a break from normal ran time is important.
I think that the patients need time to speak about "our needs".
