Every nurse, carer that came treated my husband and myself with dignity and respect. They always went the extra mile, never seemed rushed, made us feel we were the only patient they had. I cannot thank them all enough. The ace UK team were brilliant so were the rapid response team and hospice at home. I wish I could thank them all personally. it was a honor to meet them all.

It is difficult to comment as the patient's final deterioration was sufficiently fast as to only last for two visit once hospice at home was called. The nurses on the day my father died was extremely helpful in arranging a wheelchair, taxi and temporary discharge from Northampton GH. For my mother so that she could be with my father.
