From the carer's point of view, the mental and physical support was excellent.
Unfortunately, Gill was too ill to say anything, however, it was vital for us for her to spent her last days at home in a caring environment.

Always treated with respect and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble.
I didn't understand fully what the next part of the procedure was, this was fully explained to me as but due to my tiredness I still didn't fully understand.
No complaints at all.
