One of the best things about year support was that you could devote 3 hours to each visit. In my case you had time to help my wife overcome her problems with your skill and knowledge but also had time to chat with her and time to spend helping me cope with what was a most harrowing and distressing time. The only improvement I can think of is more frequent visits but this would depend on funding and staff availability, thank you for your help.

Thank you for your feedback. The Hospice at Home team has recently expanded and we are looking at future expansion so the service can help more patients.

Plenty of visits and if I had to phone for help they were there as soon as possible.

The hospital team were amazing - they handled all questions and from all of us with great care and commitment - we had denial issues from children which Sue dealt with brilliantly.

On arrival all the staff were welcoming and put me at my ease. Food plentiful and served hot. Medical staff explained their treatment plan and purpose. I had trouble with my hearing aids one day which caused communication problems with my specialty doctor but I was later helped by a volunteer who resolved the problem. Good, cheerful and positive atmosphere. Really appreciated being allowed to see my dog. Real pick up!
