Staff very friendly, caring, always very helpful with a smile. Nothing too much, easily to talk to. I cannot praise them enough. Communication between staff and each other excellent and between patient and staff again excellent. Very open and honest I would like to praise the domestics as well and volunteers they do a fantastic jobs too.

My wife was been in Cynthia Spencer for a number of weeks and I cannot praise the staff highly enough.
Everyone has been very caring and understanding and not only for her but also for a great comfort at a very difficult time. My only observations would be that there needs to be more availability as there is limited spaces for people who need care.
