All the carers/nurses were very professional and caring. Should respect to myself, other family members and most importantly to my aunt (the patient).
All the nurses were excellent, supportive not only to my husband but also to me and my two children helping. Very caring and compassionate. I don't know where we would have been without them.
We only visited the hospice neat the end of my husband's long fight against cancer. It was probably a little too late but he was treated with kindness, sympathy and great care. On the Tuesday before he died he insisted on struggling to the hospice although very weak because he felt it would do him good and it did. Thank you so much.
Dr Pal was wonderful.
My husband has now passed away.
He has been quite ill for some time, but get worse very quickly. As we only had your service for 2/3 weeks but the input I had I was very grateful for.
Many thanks.
Overall the level of care was excellent. However one area of improvement is that the nurses should consult with family prior to administering medication (such as morphine) to patients and to take family views into consideration.
Otherwise we cannot fault the care and compassion by hospice at home staff.
Extremely caring and kind and clear with instructions on how to manage the condition.
Excellent care.
No improvement required.
I enjoyed the company and the exercises.
Friendly, helpful, supporting and encouraging.
