The patients would like to thank H@H for giving good care. The patient states that H@H was the glue as they felt that the circle was broken re care and communication but H@H fixed that and their dad had the passing they hoped for.

The care that was given by all of the professionals was outstanding. All asked how the family were coping and did we understand what was happening. They showed kindness to my mother in law and treated her with respect.
We had support from X4 day age UK carers, prime care team, age UK night carers and Marie Curie night carer. The local community nurses visited daily and were excellent at chasing up anything that was needed, as well as providing excellent care. Thank you.

I was so scared of being admitted. Hated the thought of being so dependant and losing my dignity. One week later i'm really discharged. I want to go home. But if I had to stay it would be okay because all my initial worries have gone. Treated with a great deal of respect from everyone. Nothing was ever too much even silly questions I have asked. I was always always put at my ease. I cannot thank you all enough. Thank you.
